Optima operates a nominated suppliers policy. Optima catering managers will only order from nominated suppliers. All nominated suppliers have been assessed by Optima management in order to ensure that they supply food at the right price and of the right quality. Where possible, we do prefer to use locally sourced products.
Optima uses only quality suppliers who really care about food and have a reputation to protect. When selecting suppliers, we pay attention to issues that are becoming increasingly important to clients and consumers, namely integrity of sourcing and the ethics of food production.
Astute buying, week by week monitoring and good relationships with suppliers mean that we obtain high quality food and ingredients at competitive prices. |
